We’re seeking an energetic and organized professional to join our team as Grill Manager & Birthday Party Coordinator. Birthday Party & Event Coordination • Lead all aspects of birthday party and event planning—from booking to setup to celebration • Work closely with families, guests, and front desk staff to create memorable experiences • Coordinate logistics including food service, timing, decorations, and activity schedules • Ensure a smooth connection between grill operations, rink staff, and party hosts Customer & Team Relations • Provide outstanding customer service during daily operations and party events • Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic presence with guests and staff • Build a fun, team-oriented environment among grill and event staff • Support staff training and development to enhance service quality At the Outpost Ice Arena, every day is a mix of energy, teamwork, and fun. You’ll lead a great crew in the grill, coordinate exciting birthday celebrations, and help make every guest’s visit something special.
