• Systemize an organizational method to ensure all details for group reservations and events and tournaments are obtained and compiled in a timely manner. • Outline all large group reservations, events, and tournaments details in a clear and concise written format to be sent across all departments to maximize cohesion amongst the team. Interact with guests in a congenial and professional manner to provide information regarding facility, products, services, amenities, activities, policies, etc. Assist guests with special requests. Manage work schedule to allow time to be present during outings/events, determining the best time(s) to greet the group/group commissioner during the stay, depending on the complexity of the programming.
