Job Description • General - Game Day Operations: Assist in 35+ game day events/themes/programs, work closely with Manager, Account Executives and Representatives to plan and execute events, assist in various game day responsibilities, and provide excellent customer service to clients. • General - Office Duties: Assist group sales department with day-to-day operations, produce emails to send to clients, coordinate ticket printing and shipping, create invoices and receipts for clientele, process individual ticket additions, exchanges and returns, update master calendar with events noting previous year's sales, YTD sales, and revenue, and assist clientele when reps are out of the office/away from their desk. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to clients. • Assist with event planning, execution, and coordination. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
