Leading DMC - Destination Management Company is looking to hire professional travel/event planners with experience in the MICE (Meeting, Corporate, Incentive and Events) and Leisure Group Travel sectors in the United States. Candidates must be travel enthusiast, responsible, great team players with excellent customer service skills and problem solving capability... Must have outstanding communication, written and verbal skills. Transferrable Skills and Competencies: • Capability of thinking innovatively, strategically and conceptually • Effective organizational and time management skills • Strong project management skills • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to maximize profitability while minimizing costs • Successful negotiating skills. Experience: • Events management: 3 years (Required) • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
