Guest and Event Experience Coordinator

M Global ASM Global is the world's leading venue management and services company. The fully enclosed stadium is also home to the UNLV Rebels football team and has hosted premier sporting events such as the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final, Pac-12 Championship Game, Las Vegas Bowl, and WWE SummerSlam. Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education): A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year) A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience Previous supervisory experience working with events and event staff Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of sports and entertainment event management and/or guest experience operations Working knowledge of computer applications is required Must have outstanding customer service with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Physical ability to move around facility grounds and buildings Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays ASM Global may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
