This position will interact with customers, clients, and members in various UNM departments on a regular basis with a focus on market research, sales strategy development, and conference and event planning. • Giving tours of the event space • Conducting market research on comparable services in higher education and the private sector. • Assisting the University Club with daily operations and special event planning for members. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook • Proficient in MS Office • Some experience on conducting market research for sales or marketing initiatives • Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
