**Qualifications**

* Previous experience in event services, registration, hospitality, customer service, meetings, or administrative support preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced event environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, registration systems, or event-management software.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
* Ability to stand, walk, and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
