Are you an experienced event coordinator ready to join a rockstar events team? We're looking for someone like you to join our team at BILL! As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show follow-up, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success. Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success
