Head of Event Operations and Promotions

We are growing rapidly and looking for a senior-level event operations and promotions professional to lead ticket sales, event execution, and city promoter teams. As the Head of Event Operations & Promotions, you will oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of all Ebonized Chill events. You will work closely with the Directors of Events Revenue and Sponsorships, manage city-based promoters, and ensure every event runs flawlessly while maximizing revenue and attendance. • Strong background in event marketing, operations, and promotions. • Revenue Share: 5–10% of event revenue.
