Job Summary: The Head of Events & Facility Rentals is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to support the Honolulu Museum of Art's fundraising and programming goals. The Head of Events & Facility Rentals directs large-scale events, including the annual Kama'aina Christmas event as well as donor cultivation, stewardship, and member events, while ensuring all offerings are in alignment with fundraising and other Museum goals. The Honolulu Museum of Art: Opened in 1927, the Honolulu Museum of Art is a home for art and education created for the benefit of the entire community. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, or related field, and six years of experience in event planning in a museum or non-profit setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
