High Growth Event Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event and Trade Show Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events and industry tradeshows across our portfolio of high-growth telecom and technology companies. Event Strategy: Own the event calendar across all subsidiaries, aligning event planning with company growth goals and marketing initiatives. Lead Management: Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead capture, follow-up sequences, and reporting for every event. Brand Presence: Ensure all event materials and experiences are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with messaging for each individual company. Qualifications: • 37 years of experience managing events, trade shows, or conferences (B2B experience preferred) • Proven success coordinating large-scale events or multi-brand booth experiences • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads and campaigns • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time • Knowledge of telecom, VoIP, or channel partner ecosystems is a plus
