This position plays a crucial part in helping the college achieve its mission by adding value to the educational experience and creating a sense of community among students. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling to other campus locations for events when necessary. The key responsibilities of this role include: • Supporting Student Engagement and Leadership activities, including other student programming and services as needed • Working alongside the administrative professional to supervise student engagement and leadership office staff and student workers, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and events • Collaborating with the Director of Student Engagement and Leadership and Administrative Assistant on events, daily office tasks, social media, and clubs/organizations We are looking for a team player who can provide exceptional service to our students and connect them to the resources they need. Requirements: • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's and/or higher education experience preferred • Two years of relevant work experience in areas like Student Programming, Resident Assisting, Supervisory Experience, Teaching Experience, or other student support or education • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
