Job Summary: This year-round, full-time position will work under the direction of the Tri-County Development Director to coordinate the Toys for Tots program and Volunteer Bell Ringer Recruitment and related administrative work, as well as to support the team's efforts on other programs and events during the offseason. Candidates must have a passion for fulfilling the mission of The Salvation Army and must be articulate in presenting the same to others. Event Coordination: • Coordinate special events in Peoria as identified during annual planning with Tri-County Development team with focus on events occurring between February and August. To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the individual is regularly required to talk and listen, stand, walk, sit, and use hands.
