• Collaborate and partner with the Senior Office Marketing Coordinator the planning, set up, and execution of office events, including vendor and catering communication, AV set-up, and all other tasks required of the event. • Prepares facilities to best meet the particular need of each client including any special or creative needs for the event • Develops on-going relationships with caterers, event and meeting planners and other relevant vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery of high level catering and meeting services. Assists with physical table, chair, event needs during the event and clean up • Work effectively with Hospitality Coordinator, and other firm staff, to ensure meeting rooms are clean and stocked with supplies. Stocks coffee, water, and other supplies in the morning and throughout the day, and makes coffee for meeting rooms, as necessary. Law firm or corporate experience preferred.
