Hospitality and Events Manager

Direct Reports: Event ambassadors, contract hires Private events in the tasting room, sales events, and off-site marketing events all drive crucial revenue and brand education to achieve our common goal of success. The person in the role will sell and execute private events in the tasting room, manage inquiries, organize, and execute tasting and marketing events around Louisiana. ▪ Plan, coordinate, staff and execute promotional tastings at local off-site events, including the farmer’s market, LSU tailgates, and all other events as needed. ▪ Gain extensive knowledge of Oxbow Rum Distillery’s spirits, our sugarcane farm and mill, and production methods while having the ability to thoroughly educate and concisely communicate our story and products to guests and clients.
