We are looking for a passionate Event Planner & Guest Relations Manager to join the Events and Experience team at Hotel Lex to lead the planning and execution of all events. • Monitor the progress of the planning and execution of each task that has to do with the event. You will be required to work on outreach to local hotels and form relationships with the concierge teams, sending of mailers and marketing of the space. • Create a weekly forecast that details a Week of Week variance to monitor profits and losses based on revenue generated from the events • Along with the GM you must ensure that all staff members are trained on their responsibilities and are familiar with the venue and their specific roles and responsibilities and assigned stations during the event.
