Communications department, the position involves the following tasks regarding Internal Communications and Event Coordination: • Support Local Business Resource Groups (BRGs) • Communications and events. • Community engagement activities • Support organization of site events such as charity campaigns, celebrations, media events, etc… • Support local community professional and non-profit groups including Boise Site Council philanthropic budget disbursement and printing needs via Oasis capabilities. • Maintain a Site intranet web page, prepare monthly news communications, campaigns and newsletters using communications tools including web pages, newsletters, email and slide presentations shared to large audiences. • Help in the PR plan regarding certain site activities with the PR agency, targeted to improve HP’s brand reputation, external networking and talent attraction.
