HR COORDINATOR

• Assist with ongoing departmental needs and support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects• Maintain ad hoc recordkeeping, reporting and support as needed (including but not limited to Headcount, Organizational Chart, Joor Listings)• Act as HR point person for all new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the business• Support recruitment as needed, including but not limited to shortlisting, scheduling, and interviewing, drafting employee agreements, hiring & regretting candidates, and managing job postings in JazzHR• Assist with information interviews• Prepare employee letters as needed (i.e., Promotion, Title Change, Salary Change);• Prepare employment verification letters.• Maintain onboarding systems for accuracy in process flow and update documentation as necessary Support manager and employee inquiries in payroll• Run Payroll• Support training initiatives as it pertains to managing scheduling of participants, ensure set-up of training facilities, procurement, and distribution of materials, training feedback and tracking, follow up reporting, etc.• Manage training enrollments and progress in conjunction with legislative requirements• Manage employee outboarding and exit processThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer. • 1-2 years HR experience in retail or fashion• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices• Strong ability in using MS office• Experience with Vensure a plus• Ability to work with ATS software• Well-developed interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities• Must be energetic and self-motivated
