Hybrid Event Coordinator & Retail Associate

Overview KITCH Meals is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable person to step into our dual Retail & Event Coordinator role. As the Event Coordinator, you'll be the primary face of our business out in the community, building relationships with other local businesses and gyms to book events. Duties Lead transportation, setup, and breakdown for events, and communicate with the manager if extra staffing is needed Track outreach and event bookings, reporting progress and results Coordinate with the GM and Chef's team on event menus, quantities, and timing Provide excellent customer service to both retail customers and event clients Gather feedback after events to improve future planning
