While you are passionate about your work, you also prioritize balance in your life, & you want to work for a company that supports you in both. *Ensure all production aspects align with the event's theme, objectives, and client expectations.KEY COMPETENCIES*Proficient in TEAMs & Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, & Word*Strong working knowledge of group transportation, audiovisual, F&B, supplier management*Excellent communication & interpersonal skills*Exceptional time management and handling multiple deliverables & programs concurrently*Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment*Strong organizational & project management skills*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines*Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends*Knowledge of event planning software & tools; Event Cost Sheet, Social Tables & Nowsta preferred*Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event productionEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE*Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field*Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in event planning & production*Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously*Experienced in managing event budgets, clients, suppliers, venues, and staffWHAT WE OFFERUnlike other companies that push products and services, at Imprint, we invest in people.
