What We're Looking For • 8+ years in industry events, field marketing, or experiential event formats in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving outcomes, not just managing logistics • Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles from evaluation through execution • Strong background in executive programs, high-touch field activations, and measuring event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline with rigor • Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity; equally comfortable setting annual strategy and solving problems on-site the day of • A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and operate with low ego across teams • Self-directed, proactive, and high-energy — you don't wait to be told what the next thing is, and you bring your best when event seasons get intense • Genuinely excited about Lovable and what it can do — being a credible, enthusiastic face of the product at events is a core part of this role We're an AI-native company building for people who want to build with AI, and we hire people who embody that.
