International Events & Logistics Planner

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking an Events Program Planner to support the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies. The role focuses on baseline logistical, scheduling, and coordination support for ICE-PPR, working with the Deputy Associate Director for Research.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and logistics with venues and officials, preparing invitations and materials, and ensuring milestones are tracked. This is a part-time, on-site role with flexible within hours.
