Involvement Events Coordinator

• Serves as an involvement events coordinator responsible event planning ensuring the mission of the university is executed through every student event planned. • Event styling focusing on creative unique event ideas, concepts and décor models to be submitted to the director of involvement events for approval. • Develops project plans, production timelines and budget information for assigned events. • Works with SCAD Physical resources to coordinates with SCAD services including space reservations, housekeeping, grounds, transportation and security. • Coordinates, recruits, and manages volunteers as needed for events.
