As the involvement events coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the mission of the university is executed at each student event. Other responsibilities include sourcing and ordering flowers, researching and reserving entertainments, acting as host at events, completing all necessary paperwork for vendors in a timely manner, and compiling an overview budget for each event. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with related experience in events and conference coordination and project management with solution-based thinking • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word programs • Excellent communication skills: writing, listening, and speaking • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Vendor management experience The requirements and minimum qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
