This is a FT in-office salaried role at $50,000/year with PTO and health benefits.This role does require occasional travel to locations in Austin, Dallas and Houston.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Store Event Planner & Influencer Manager at Nina Berenato Jewelry. The ideal candidate for this role would have a balanced mix of attention to detail and a creative/artistic side. The role involves planning and executing events, managing influencers, and coordinating marketing initiatives to promote the brand. This role will also spearhead philanthropic efforts and grow and support our community of women in Texas. The position is located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about supporting woman-owned small businesses, building community through service & creativity and someone who has built engaged communities for brands in past roles.QualificationsCommunication and Customer Service skillsOrganization SkillsExperience with Google Drive - Excel or Google SheetsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamExperience in event planning and social media managementKnowledge of the jewelry industry and fashion trendsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAt least 4 years past experience in Communications or a related field for a business with brick and mortar locations.Past experience creating events in Texas (a strong network of Texas-based partners)
