Overview... As a Junior Event Assistant, you will be an integral part of our event management team, providing essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Responsibilities • Assist in Event Planning: Work closely with senior event planners to assist in the conceptualization, planning, and coordination of events. • Vendor Management: Help identify, communicate with, and coordinate vendors such as caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, and others. • Logistics Support: Provide logistical support, including transportation coordination, lodging arrangements, and on-site setup and breakdown.
