The Junior Event Manager will coordinate and manage private events with the responsibility for post-sale client management as well as ensuring the events themselves run smoothly and efficiently. The Junior Event Manager will also support Event Managers in the management and execution of events. Event Management & Logistics: • Manage event staff, setup and breakdown of the space for events on days where Banquet Manager is not present • Interface with culinary team to ensure proper delivery & coordination of food service • Manage all BEOs, Floor plans, and other administrative documents for events • Support Event Managers in the coordination and execution of events including printed materials, signage and google drive organization. • Anticipate potential client questions, issues and conflicts and proactively troubleshoot • Proactively engage with guests to ensure a positive experience • Partner with Banquet Manager and Captain to ensure the event is executed to plan • Manage all event staff, run pre-shift meetings, to ensure the FOH staff has clear communication on their job responsibilities.
