Junior Event Manager

The Junior Event Manager will coordinate and manage private events with the responsibility for post-sale client management as well as ensuring the events themselves run smoothly and efficiently. The Junior Event Manager will also support Event Managers in the management and execution of events. • Anticipate potential client questions, issues and conflicts and proactively troubleshoot • Proactively engage with guests to ensure a positive experience • Partner with Banquet Manager and Captain to ensure the event is executed to plan • Manage all event staff, run pre-shift meetings, to ensure the FOH staff has clear communication on their job responsibilities.
