This onsite role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Flexibility is key, as events may require working evenings, weekends, and occasionally arriving early or staying late to ensure everything runs smoothly. Role and Responsibilities • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are executed within financial constraints while maintaining a high standard of quality • Creates BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for the team • Hold weekly BEO meetings with the team to review details for upcoming events • Responds quickly to sales inquiries • Manage inbound and outbound sales effort for new events and memberships at Spring Place • Builds relationships with Members and Guests to drive future sales • Establish and manage relationships with event partners (Members and Non-Members) • Negotiate all necessary terms and conditions for potential events on Spring Place’s behalf • Prepare and execute events end-to-end coordinating efforts with other departments within Spring Place as well as different vendors necessary for each event (e.g., flowers, accessories, talent, etc.) • Documenting all necessary steps through TripleSeat • Answering all emails and responding to all emails via our Spring Place email address • Ensures accurate event details and coordination with the team to ensure a successful event • Your role will be versatile in nature and might include other necessary tasks and responsibilities as needed Qualifications/ Skills • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the Food & Beverage/ Event industry • Experience and familiarity with working on high equity brands and projects - events, launches, exclusive happenings, etc.
