· Help to keep all staff and management informed of event details. · Assist in the preparation of the Club Calendar, as it changes seasonally with the hours of operation. · Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) at the beginning of each shift to ensure the room is set as contracted. · Prepare rooms for the event.
