Pickleball Tours caters to individuals that wish to pursue active travel and wellness excursions. The core aim of the company is to develop customized, curated travel experiences that cater to customer’s interests.

Position:

As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create programs and events through a strategic and creative approach. This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand that you will own and have a strong influence over. Responsibilities:

Identify event opportunities and execute on goals and metrics to define success.

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for custom events

Implement various online resources, graphics, marketing tools, to drive results and track performance and analytics.

Create relationships through partners and local community contacts.

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative, creative outgoing and proven business acumen

Tech savvy and solid social media skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Strong customer skills and a savvy ability to assess customer needs.

Thorough organizational and interpersonal communication.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or General Business

Preferred Qualifications include:

Desire to drive change through giving back, volunteering and philanthropy.

Interest in the travel industry, wellness & health coaching. Pickleball and / or Yoga background.

Background in sales and business development

Marketing background and experience in hospitality, tourism, and travel

Compensation:

The compensation structure is hourly and TBD, DOE. and will be discussed in preliminary interviews
