This role reports up to the Key Employee Events Leader. Delivers a best-in-class employee experience focusing on benefit programs, leave of absence administration, employee assistance & wellness programs, relocations, retirement program and sabbatical leave. Address employee inquiries and create a personalized employee experience for both Admin and Craft across DPR and the Family of Companies. Proactively suggest improvements to Leader regarding improvements to current processes, policies and programs and identify areas for innovation and where to add to the employee value proposition.
