This role will focus on helping employees during the leave of absence process, a concierge approach to understanding benefit programs, retirement program, relocations and sabbatical leave. Delivers a best-in-class employee experience focusing on benefit programs, leave of absence administration, employee assistance & wellness programs, relocations, retirement program and sabbatical leave. Address employee inquiries and create a personalized employee experience for both Admin and Craft across DPR and the Family of Companies. Proactively suggest improvements to Leader regarding improvements to current processes, policies and programs and identify areas for innovation and where to add to the employee value proposition.
