KGCC Special Events Coordinator

• Coordinate the food and drink service by liaising with the kitchen and service staff • Correctly perform all event billing and bookwork at shifts end • Monitor the inventory of Special Events supplies, equipment, and furniture • Tend to the guests' requests, questions, and complaints • Act as same-day coordinator for weddings and special events. • Assist the Special Events Sales manager with quoting pricing and negotiating AV, Food and Beverage, and other client requests as needed in their absence. • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls and KGCC Policies and Procedures.
