Requirements: • 3+ years of new business development experience • 3+ years of residential landscape sales • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is self-driven • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills • Strong knowledge of internet search technologies and ability to identify decision-makers and source prospects • Experience overseeing daily business operations, creating and refining processes for high-growth companies • Familiarity with CRM program and estimating software • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape, with proven problem-solving abilities • Strong plant identification and turf knowledge • Clean RMV driving record, and valid drivers license. • Meet with customers and offer expert advice and guidance on landscape construction projects and maintenance work. • Collaborate with Operations on production for our services, maintaining accurate schedules and job notes to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet customer expectations. • It is expected that sales will continue to market for and produce sales through winter months to include networking and staying in communication with existing clients.
