Large Scale Event Planner

We are seeking a highly organized Large Scale Event Planner to support our motor vehicle manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and coordinating large events and possess excellent communication skills. About the Role: • Plan and coordinate large training classes • Ensure attendees are prepared for orientation and onboarding • Collaborate with manufacturing and support shops to ensure development targets are met Requirements: • 2 to 5 years of experience in event planning or related field • Strong understanding of event coordination and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Willingness to support overtime requirements
