Lead Community Facilitator / Event Host

Role Description EmPower Family Wellness Center is seeking a warm, organized, and community-oriented Lead Community Facilitator/Event Host to coordinate and facilitate two monthly community events focused on social connection, family wellness, and relationship‑building. This is an in‑person position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating welcoming spaces, and building relationships within the community. Plan and coordinate two monthly community/social wellness events Collaborate with local organizations and community partners Facilitate and host social club gatherings and collaborative events Maintain communication with event participants, partners, and support staff Coordinate event logistics including meeting locations, timelines, and supplies Support participant engagement and create a welcoming environment Ensure attendance tracking, participant surveys, and event documentation are completed Coordinate with Event Support staff as needed
