As the Assistant CRM, you will become the heartbeat of our client relationships and operational excellence. Day-to-Day Account Management: Be the face of Forrest Solutions for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction is not just met but exceeded. • Define policies, procedures, standards, and tools for implementing and maintaining service operations, aligning with our business goals, and collaborating with the client organization. • Build strong client relationships, continuously improve, and maintain customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues, and communicate customer satisfaction results • Conduct regular floor tours to ensure the overall space is in optimal appearance and condition • Address complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions promptly and positively, conducting quality assurance follow-up and responding to inquiries regarding services • Greet and assist all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, proactively opening doors and supporting guests and visitors in securing workspace aligned with the client's hoteling culture and mobile way of working • Work with the facility maintenance team to ensure a pristine space, promptly reporting and addressing any issues such as furniture stains, damaged carpet, lighting problems, etc. Meeting and Office Services : Whether it's setting up the perfect meeting space or ensuring our mail services are flawless, your attention to detail makes every moment in our office seamless.
