• Oversee the planning and execution of events. • Work with the Accounting department to meet revenue and profitability targets. • Minimum of six (6) years’ full-service experience in event planning: weddings, catering sales, and conference services • Must have worked with high-profile clients and demonstrate Event Sales Leadership for at least four (4) years • Proven track record in market penetration and segment development • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain confidentiality • Sound judgment and decision-making skills • Self-motivation and dedication to exceptional customer service • Management experience • Organization skills • An eye for detail • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate duties The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • If you have managed an Events team, what was the size of your team?
