Lead Event Planner

This role is responsible for the conceptualization, planning, and flawless execution of a diverse range of high-profile events, from corporate functions and galas to weddings and social celebrations. The Lead Event Planner will manage all aspects of event logistics, vendor coordination, client relations, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional creativity, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of executed events. Proficiency in event management software is a plus.
