Lead Event Producer

Our client, a globally recognized leader in live entertainment and experiential marketing, is seeking an exceptional Lead Event Producer to oversee the creation and execution of unforgettable events in **Las Vegas, Nevada, US**. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-impact productions from concept to completion. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, budgeting, planning, and delivering a diverse portfolio of events, including corporate functions, festivals, and brand activations. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of all facets of event production, including creative direction, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative event themes and experiences that align with client objectives and brand strategies. Oversee the entire event production lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Manage and cultivate relationships with a wide network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Develop detailed production schedules and site plans, ensuring all logistical elements are meticulously coordinated. Lead and inspire on-site production teams, including technical staff, creative talent, and support personnel. Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage risk assessment and implement safety protocols for all event activities. Oversee the procurement and management of event assets, including staging, lighting, sound, and audiovisual equipment. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and client management teams to ensure seamless integration of event elements. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide comprehensive debrief reports to stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in event production and entertainment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Theater Production, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in event production and management, with a significant portfolio of large-scale events. Proven ability to manage complex productions from concept development through flawless execution. Strong understanding of technical production elements (lighting, sound, AV, staging). Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
