It is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to lead, innovate, and grow within a prestigious winery known for its outstanding event experiences. • Prior experience as an event planner, wedding planner, or hospitality manager • strong knowledge of the Oregon wine and hospitality community • ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends • physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and manage event setup • excellent computer skills including social media and CRM platforms • strong communication skills • calm and solutions-oriented leadership approach
