Lead, Meeting & Event Services Meeting Planner - Marketplace | Las Vegas, NV, USA

This position is responsible for the strategic planning, management and execution of Deloitte hosted events and corporate trade shows with a primary focus on the Ecosystem & Alliance event portfolio within the Marketplace Planning Team. The role will reside within the Meeting & Event Services Marketplace Planning team and support and work directly with the Ecosystem & Alliance Marketing group to execute on the vision and scope of the event. • Frequent interaction and communication with firm leadership and external clients through meeting registration and coordination • Serve as single point of contact for both the event sponsor and the event venue • Develop detailed run of show and event timelines for stakeholders and vendors.
