This includes oversight of signature fundraising events such as the Spring Event, Crabaret, Adopt-a-Family, and Fill the House, as well as coordination of third-party fundraising partnerships. The ideal candidate would have event planning experience, demonstrated community connections, be highly organized, be able to communicate effectively, and be comfortable working closely with board members, event chairs, and event committee members.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTakes ownership of the events process, including planning, execution, and day-to-day management.Manages logistics of all special events, including Spring event, Spring Concert, Crabaret, Adopt a family, Fill the house and stewardship events. The Events Manager will negotiate the hosting organization’s needs (for invitation, materials at events, etc.) Database experience preferred.
