The Lead Nonprofit Event Planner is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of House of Ruth Maryland's (HRM) income-generating and stewardship events. Specifically, this position would be directly involved with income generating events, and would act in a support role for all other events as needed and available. The ideal candidate would have event planning experience, demonstrated community connections, be highly organized, be able to communicate effectively, and be comfortable working closely with board members, event chairs, and event committee members. Takes the lead on all aspects of other development events, including dinners and cocktail parties hosted by Board members, recognition events, milestone events, etc. Provides data entry support for Raiser’s Edge and ETO as needed and related to agency events.
