About the Role:

The Lead on Marketing Events Management will oversee the operational management and execution of assigned Account Events. This role requires a blend of project management and event production expertise, as you will meet with Business Units to understand event needs and develop detailed project plans that align with event objectives and success criteria. Regular interaction with practice leaders to understand event requirements is crucial. You will manage the logistics of the events with the support of the Event Operations Team, ensuring everything is executed flawlessly in line with the guidelines provided by the Firmwide Event Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event production, project management, and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential as you will manage multiple projects with a keen focus on quality, confidentiality, and adherence to internal processes. This role requires operational expertise and the ability to make recommendations that enhance both event production and attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for the aligned Account for all event-related matters.Plan and manage the operational aspects of events, including market-facing events, leadership meetings, and internal gatherings.Schedule and coordinate resources effectively, establishing intake processes in collaboration with the Firmwide Events Leader and Practice Area leaders.Create and implement comprehensive project plans for events, detailing objectives, budgets, timing, and assignments for logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event data handoff to marketing and sales.Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with approved budgets, firm policies, and departmental procedures.Identify and recommend vendors based on event requirements.Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.Facilitate prompt review and approval of event requests and tasks.Work with event sponsors to ensure data on attendee engagement is handed off correctly for follow-up.Focus on strategic operational execution and production excellence rather than messaging and promotional aspects.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event planning and logistics, preferably within professional services.Experience in defining event goals and measuring ROI.Proficiency in managing projects, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.Adept at building professional relationships across all organizational levels.Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities.Exceptional verbal communication and people skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for multi-tasking and prioritization.Strategic mindset with capacity for innovation and process improvement.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Process-oriented with analytical skills to assess trends and make informed recommendations.High energy level and capacity to thrive under tight deadlines and stress.This position is remote, with optional office time for those near a Crowe location.Preferred Knowledge:

The wage range for this role is between $63,700.00 and $133,400.00 annually, based on individual experience and skill level.
