The Lead Wedding Associate (LWA) is responsible for being the main point of contact for the couple, all vendors, and CBK team members on the wedding day. As the LWA, any and all CBK functions are expected to be handled with the utmost care, ensuring the client’s vision comes to life effectively and efficiently. Requirements • 21+ years of age • Reliable transportation including proof of driver’s license and car insurance • High School Diploma • Required full day availability on 6/6/25, 7/12/25 and 9/6/25 • Professional Event Planning experience • Wedding industry experience preferred • Leadership/Management experience preferred • Exceptional organization, creativity, and flexibility • Ability to lift 20+ pounds for setup and takedown at events • Positive attitude, ability to think on your feet and handle time sensitive matters, as well as alignment with the Celebrait by Kait mission.
