Lead Wedding Coordinator — $20/hour

Knot Broke Wedding Coordination is a growing East Tennessee wedding coordination business seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Lead Wedding Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Manage wedding-day timelines and activities
Communicate with vendors and venue staff
Direct ceremony and reception transitions
Assist with rehearsals
Oversee setup and breakdown within contracted services
Address unexpected wedding-day issues professionally
Coordinate with the business owner

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable transportation
Weekend availability
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Wedding or event experience preferred

Compensation: $20/hour

Schedule: Part-time, event-based. Hours vary depending on confirmed bookings and are not guaranteed.

Location: East Tennessee and surrounding service areas.

References: TWO references are preferred
