We’re looking for a part-time Lead Wedding Planner to join our growing team! If you’re organized, creative, and passionate about crafting unforgettable client experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Plan and coordinate 15+ weddings per yearServe as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning processSupport vendor and venue sourcing, design development, timeline creation, and day-of logisticsManage wedding-day execution, including rehearsals and event coordination (10–12 hour event days)Build and nurture relationships with local venues and vendorsAttend networking and industry events to represent The Simply Elegant Group in your marketWhat We’re Looking For

3+ years of wedding and/or event planning experience (preferred)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCalm, creative, and detail-oriented in fast-paced environmentsProficient with Google WorkspaceFlexible weekend availability during peak season (April–October)A collaborative, team-focused mindsetOur Core Values
