As our Lead Wedding Planner, you will manage complex wedding projects, lead a team of junior planners, and ensure extraordinary experiences for our clients. • Provide mentorship and professional development for junior team members. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and destination wedding vendors • Oversee all logistical aspects of wedding events, including: • Transportation coordination • Guest accommodation arrangements • Vendor management and communication • On-site event execution and day-of coordination • Resolve complex client requests and potential event challenges • Maintain meticulous documentation and client files • Participate in marketing and business development activities Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field • Minimum 2-5 years of professional wedding planning experience • Proven track record of successfully planning high-end weddings • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in wedding planning software and digital tools • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional portfolio
